OBJECTIVE OF MAZAMIZTLI, A. C.
To promote
the conservation, handling and sustainable use of the natural resources, by the
education, the investigation and the technology transfer; and to lend services of social attendance. With
character of irrevocable.
General objective:
To support
in the use of the natural resources, the protection of the atmosphere, the
flora and the fauna, the preservation and restoration of the ecological balance,
as well as the promotion of the sustainable development at regional and
community level, of the urban and rural areas.
Particular objectives:
- Promotion
of the prevention and control of the contamination of the water, air and floor,
the protection to the atmosphere and the preservation and restoration of the
ecological balance.
- To
provide consultantship services and consultancy for the conservation, handling
and rational and sustained use of the natural resources, for productive and educational
projects and for community development.
- Promotion
and contribution of services for the attention of the health and sanitary
questions.
- Promotion
for educational, cultural, artistic, scientific and technological
development.
- Participation
in actions of civil protection.

2.Which are the requirements to obtain the License of

cynegetic organization outside of UMA.

proprietors or legitimate possessors of the properties, or regular, or
responsible technicians of the UMA or those responsible for the PAMS where the
activities will be developed.

7. What is the System of Marcaje? (Cintillo of
Cynegetic Collection)
It is the
identification method approved by the competent authority that according to
that settled down in the Federal Law on Metrology and Normalization, it can
demonstrate the legal origin of copies, parts and derived of species of wild
life.

8. Which are the allowed hunt means?
For the
practice of the sport hunt they will be been able to use rifles, shotguns and
rifles of black gunpowder allowed by the applicable classifications as regards
firearms, previous authorization of the Secretary of the National Defense
(SEDENA), as well as arches, crossbows, prey birds and dogs.
The
exercise of the hunt by means of the use of firearms will be held to the
following approaches, without damage of that settled down in the Federal Law of
Firearms and Explosive and its Regulation:
To hunt
birds shotgun it will be used and to throw to the flight except for the cases
in that it becomes necessary to finish off the piece.
It won't be
hunted with smaller rifles of calibers to the "22 Long Rifle", which
will only be able to be used for the hunt of small mammals.
The sport
hunt of birds will be able to be carried out with sample dogs and collection.

one will be able to exercise the sport hunt of mammals, using dogs of pursuit
and it stops puma and mountain cat, prey dogs and I rake.
9. Which are the restrictions?
The use of
motor vehicles is not authorized to pursue, to spur on or to harass wild
animals for earth, air or it dilutes; the use of armed, traps, nets, electronic
birdcalls, poisons, automatic weapons or of blast; rifles of air and gas of
ammunition and diábolos, as well as the artificial light to make the hunt.
Neither the
practice of the sport hunt is authorized from half hour after the setting of
sun, until half hour before the dawn.

practice of the sport hunt of mammals is not authorized in a fringe of

fulfill the classifications?
The

11.How can someone transport or export trophies and
hunt pieces?
The transport of trophies and hunt pieces
gotten paid inside the national territory will seek protection with the system
of corresponding marcaje (cintillo of cynegetic collection) properly placed in
the copy or group of copies, so that he/she doesn't come off.
The
transport of copies of exotic fauna coming from UMA will only seek protection
with the corresponding perseverance given to the hunter by the holder or
responsible technician of the UMA.
The export
of trophies and hunt pieces gotten paid by foreigners non residents inside the
national territory, he/she will seek protection with the system of
corresponding marcaje (cintillo of cynegetic collection) properly placed in the
copy or group of copies, so that he/she doesn't come off.
For species
included in the appendixes of the Convention on the International Trade of
Threatened Species of Flora and Fauna Silvestre (you MENTION), he/she will also
seek protection with the certificate you MENTION corresponding.
